Ødegaard is editor of the book Infomediarett (IPR, e-commerce, computer crime, freedom of speech, personal protection and private international law). He has written two books about copyright and provided legal assistance to companies planning to start up business in Norway. Ole Tokvam is a partner in Hodneland with experience within e-commerce, IPR and public e-procurement. Tokvam has worked as a lawyer in the telecomputing company TDC Song AS.
