eMatch Events - the fast track to new business opportunities

eMatch  plan and execute events on behalf of companies looking for project opportunities and/or to market their new  services, competencies, technology, etc.  Read about our past events here

We identify and invite: 1) companies within your target market, 2) other companies with similar interest to co-sponser the event, 3) other contributors/presentors (e.g., representatives of public funding schemes, expert speakers), to make the event attractive for your market segment .  

We can  take full responsibility for organizing the event or we can assist in certain activities. Under follows a description of the various activities we offer in relation to event organizing. 

• Create Event Homepage which include profiles of participants, description of topic, relevant links, funding scheme overview,  speed-dating registration module, and more. 
• Define topic, agenda.
• Find speakers, case examples, relevant funding schemes to be presented in order to make the event attractive for your target group.  
• Other administrative tasks: administer all contact with attendees, arranging location, food and refreshments, etc.
• Executing event: eMatch consultants have extensive experience acting as MC, we can also contribute with presentations on topics related to our areas of expertise. 
• Design event itinerary: We can tailor-make events according to your specific needs, or you can use our concept-workshops such as the "eMatch Innovation Workshop", which has been very well recieved by  past cutomers. "eMatch Innovation Workshop" typically last 3,5 hrs and consists of the following elements:
