eMatch assist public agencies arranging  events in the following ways:

  1. Company search: identifying and attracting relevant companies and organizations to attend planned events (seminars, match-making events, cluster initiatives, etc).

Company search: 

eMatch has an extensive network and experience in finding organizations according to the specifications of our clients. To find and attract the particular organizations you want for the event, eMatch has developed an innovative approach combining customized ICT tools and consultancy services. Our work-process is briefly outlined below. 

  1. Defining and structuring target segment: the first step is to clearify what types of companies you are looking for. If you is interested in a wider group of companies, we develop a so-callled domain-ontologi. The domian ontology is used to categorize the companies in the relevant  technology area, sector , or market segment of interest.   2. Identify companies: we use our extensive network, the eMatch company database and third supplier tools, to identify  companies within our client's target segment.
  3. Attract companies to attend: Our consultents assist the public agencies in attracting identified companies to attend planned event(s) through various means.
    • Direct contact with companies either by telephone or email.
    • Producing and diffusing event promotion material through various channels.  

Planning and executing workshops:

eMatch can also plan and execute events on behalf of our customers. We can either take full responsibility for organizing the event or assist in certain activities:  

  • Production of event material: including profiles of participants, description of topic, domain framework and statistics. 
  • Create event homepage  which include above mentioned information, event registration form and more. 
  • Find relevant speakers and business cases to be presented at the event. 
  • Ensuring sufficiant number of participants wihtin the target group(s) - ref. "Company search"-activities.  
  • Other administrative tasks: contact with attendees, finding event location, providing food and refreshments, etc.
  • Plan and administer speed-dating sessions: information about participanting companies and spped dating timetable are made available online, allowing participants to find interesting companies and book speed dating meetings prior to event. 
  • Executing event: eMatch consultants have extensive experience acting as MC. 
  • Design event itinerary: We can tailor events according to the specific needs of our customer, but we also offer concept-workshops such as the "eMatch Innovation Workshop", which has been very successful in past events. in short,  an "eMatch Innovation Workshop" typically last 3,5 hrs and consists of the following elements:
    • Introduction, status and technology brief
    • Case presentations

    • Q&A session
    • Speed-dating sessions
    • Wrap-up
