ISALUD is an argentine non-governmental institution. It was founded on December 3, 1991.From the very beginning it has organized its activities with an overall mission: To contribute to social progress in equity through integrated educational training and the development and spread of new, independent and in- depth knowledge in the areas of Health, Social Policies, Economics and the Environment. ISALUD University is one of the most important postgraduate schools in Public Health in Latin America. It has an enrollment of 400 students in post degree careers and more than 1000 professionals in service training courses. Some of them work and have important positions in the national and private Health Sector. The effective and continuing training enables the academic exchange in other countries. ISALUD goals are the following: 1 -To impart theoretical and methodological training in Public health and Social Security. 2- To train in planning, introduction and evaluation of health, human development and environmental projects. 3- To research on Public Health and Social Security. 4- To develop methods and management systems, projec
