Reference projects

• 1987 – 1990 Restructuring of organization and economy of Måsøy, Finnmark. Development of procedures for mass dismissal and downsizing. This procedure is still followed by Kommunenes Sentralforbund
• 1990 -1998 Running several project developing a budget system for municipals with stagnating economy. The project approach were twofold, development of new technical budget system and new budget processes.
• 1998 -2001 Project: Economic planning in stagnating economies – development of a tutorial on behalf of the Ministry of local affairs. The budget system was tried out inn Ski, Flora and Marker municipal (big, medium and small municipal). The budget system was tried out over two years, and the experiences from the municipals were summarized in a tutorial.
• 1990-1991 Gründer Project - about 30 unemployed people with business ideas were helped to develop their business plans – Bodø kommune
• 2001-2004 Development of a IT solution – budget and decision making system.
• 2004 – 2006 Further development of budget process - mandate driven budget process  Hamarøy kommune
• 2006 – 2009 Development of property management -Physical Analyses of buildings, costs of administration, operation and maintenance,  needs and capacity ratings using demographic analysis, running strategic property management processes including politicians, administrations and users
• 2008 – 2009 Developing a methodology for NAV – consultants. guidance method for meeting and motivation of people who have dropped out of the labor and have the opportunity to re-establish themselves in the labor market – NAV Finnmark (Worked with the NAV offices  in Nordkapp and Honningsvåg.
